Silvi beach is wide, sandy, and most importantly, clean. The water level rises gradually, making it ideal for children. The beach resorts offer numerous facilities for children: games, inflatables, entertainment, and much more.

The beach, as well as the services, is always within walking distance. Our apartments are located in the town center, everything is just a few steps away. Forget about moving by car!

Of course, there is also a free beach. In addition to having equipped beach resorts, Silvi beach reserves some free stretches.

Pets are welcome in almost all of our holiday homes. Contact us to check if the chosen apartment accepts small or medium-sized animals or send an email right away to info@silvivacanza.it

Also, in Silvi, there is a Bau Beach located in the fraction called Silville-Piomba. It boasts a beach about 100 m long and about 30 meters wide.

It is possible to consult our proposals and, once the apartment is identified, fill in the form specifying the period and the number of people. You will receive an email of possible availability.

If you wish to change the dates of your booking, contact the agency, which will check if the requested period is still available. If, by changing the arrival and/or departure, the amount is different, the price must be recalculated. Changes related to the number of Guests (up to the maximum allowed) do not incur any extra cost.

The payment of the deposit, equal to 30%, 50%, or 80% of the total amount, can be settled through bank transfer. The bank details will be sent along with the confirmation email. Instead, the balance must be paid upon arrival, upon key delivery, by cash, credit card, or check.

Yes, a security deposit of Euro 100.00 is required.

The apartments are delivered from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any arrivals beyond the time must be promptly communicated to the office.

If the arrival is expected before the key delivery time, we can carry out the check-in procedures, but early entry into the apartment is not guaranteed

On the day of check-out, the keys must be returned to the office by no later than 9:00 AM. In case of early departures, we invite you to inform the agency to receive instructions.

On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment in good condition with the kitchenette clean. Also, we ask you to leave the refrigerator empty, clean, and on. It is strictly forbidden to leave waste in the apartments. The latter must be thrown into the appropriate containers available near the apartment, under penalty of paying Euro 50.00.

Our staff is at your complete disposal for any request, information, or problem that occurs inside the apartment.

Bed linen and towels, pot holders, dish towels, and tablecloths, hairdryer, detergents, and various sponges are not provided.

It is possible to book a linen kit (bed and bath) at an additional cost of € 15.00 per person for the entire stay to be paid upon arrival in cash. The bath linen includes a face towel, guest towel, and bath towel. Otherwise, if you prefer, you can bring your own linen from home. Advance booking is strongly recommended.

Yes, in the kitchenette you will find everything needed for cooking: pots, pans, cookware, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc…, all in quantities adequate for the maximum number of people that can occupy the house.

No, cleaning materials and initial consumption products are not present.

The second copy can be picked up at the office. We remind you that it must be returned the day before departure by 12.00 PM.

The office is open in the summer season from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 AM to 1.00 PM and from 3.00 PM to 7.30 PM. The office is closed on Sundays, but we are always available by phone.

Utilities are included in most of our holiday homes, if the use of air conditioning is not included it is specified in the descriptive text of the apartment.

No, it is not possible to view the apartments. We remind you that the photos on the website faithfully represent their state and characteristics.

We offer you the possibility to make, within 30 days before arrival, 1 date change, even in the case of personal reasons, based on the availability and conditions on the website silvivacanza.it

In case you do not show up for check-in, we will retain the entire deposit received, but you will still be required to pay the balance.

In almost all of our apartments, small/medium-sized animals are allowed. On our website, within the description and among the services, it is indicated whether the apartment is “pet-friendly”. There is an additional charge of €40.00 (for each animal) for the entire period. If the booked apartment does not accept animals, contact our offices to find the best solution. Note: It is not possible to bring and stay with animals in apartments where they are NOT allowed. We will proceed with the cancellation of the booking and do not provide a refund.

Small/medium size refers to dogs up to 15/25 kg.

The first thing to do is to notify the local contact, who will look for a repair solution, and the technicians will estimate the compensation for damages due by you.

We reserve the right to refuse and cancel bookings made by groups of young people under 18 years of age.
